Clippin (Clippin) sells digital services: video credits and plans for making reels from templates. We do not sell or ship any physical goods, so there are no shipping charges and no physical delivery.

When you receive your purchase

• Credits and plans are added to your account instantly after a successful payment usually within a few seconds.
• Videos you make are ready to download in your account under My videos, normally within a few minutes.
• You also get a confirmation email at your registered address.

Where we deliver

Our service is available online across India. All you need is an internet connection and a web browser.

If something doesn't arrive

If your payment succeeded but the credit or plan isn't in your account within 30 minutes, email support@clipinai.com with your Razorpay payment ID. We reply within 2 working days and fix it or refund you as described in our refund & cancellation policy.
