Refund & cancellation policy

Delivery
All products are digital and delivered instantly to your account after a successful payment. Nothing is shipped physically.
Failed videos
If a paid video fails to render, the credit is returned to your account automatically so you can try again.
Refunds
- Single HD video: refundable within 7 days if the credit has not been used.
- Festival Pass and Pro: refundable within 7 days of purchase if you have made no more than 2 HD videos with it.
- If you were charged but did not receive your purchase, or were charged twice, we refund the extra payment in full.
- Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days (bank timelines may vary).
Cancellation
Plans do not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel your access simply ends on the date shown in your account.
How to request
Email support@clipinai.com from your registered email with your Razorpay payment ID. We reply within 2 working days.
